the first day at a new job is usually the hardest ... how did someone make it easier for you? or how did you make it easier for someone else? tell us so we can be wiser for ourselves ... and more compassionate to others ... tell us your memories/thoughts/ of new jobs ... or ways you celebrated!

the first day of a new job might be just the day to hang a banner, "YOU DID IT!" (or "They are lucky to have YOU" or "Congrats on the NEW JOB!") to greet "the newly employed" home the first evening after the "first day"!
