outside adventures ...
what memories/traditions do you have (or would like to start) when you and your family are enjoying the great outdoors? (one of our fondest memories was sliding down a snow covered mountain base (on plastic trash bags!) during a summer trip in Colorado!) what memories can YOU share with us? we might just need to try them! for outdoor memory making, Karen (Moments Publishing)

a young mom told me the other day that she was so excited by the leaves changing colors where she lives ... this mom found some beautiful leaves on a walk she had taken that day ... came home and wrote a note on the leaves: "the leaves are changing and so are you ... I love watching you grow and change" and left the "leaf notes" for her children ...
